Refund Policy

We provide personalized online coaching tailored to each client. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the stage of the coaching process.

1 Before Coaching Starts

Clients are eligible for a full refund if requested before any coaching materials, workout programs, meal plans, or consultations have been provided.

2 After Coaching Has Started

Once coaching has started and personalized programs or consultation services have been delivered, partial refunds may be provided based on the remaining service period.

3 Digital Products & Customized Programs

Because customized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and digital coaching materials are personalized and immediately accessible, they are generally non-refundable once delivered.

4 Subscription / Package Services

For multi-week or multi-month coaching packages, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the unused remaining period of the service.

5 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any payment disputes or chargebacks so we can resolve the issue fairly.
